Your laundry ducting becomes a fire hazard if clothing fibres, dust and lint are left unchecked in the ventilation system. Lint build-up can also cause dryers and ironers to be less efficient and, in some cases, stop working as in-built fail-safes in the machine activate if the dryer or ironer cannot exhaust properly

Every space is unique. That is why we carry out an on-site inspection to create a bespoke cleaning solution schedule that meets your specific requirements.

For instance, we may recommend scheduling regular cleaning every 6 or 12 months based on the usage your facility is getting.

Our engineer will carry out a thorough check of your laundry ducting to check that the filters are in place and secure, and identify the amount of lint and fibre in the ductwork.

We then clear lint from all filters within the dryers and ironers. Next, we clean the fan unit and ductwork, and any lint that spills out is cleaned up. We leave your duct system completely clean and dust-free.

Once the work is completed, we will issue a certificate for the work carried out, specifying the standards followed, so that you can keep it on record for your insurers and any health and safety inspections to which your premises may be subject.
